FWA-YEM-HO-027 Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Shelter Items and Household Kits

Save the Children International in Yemen is inviting submissions of tenders for:

Two-year Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Shelter Items and Household Kits in Yemen. Bidders may quote one or more items and are not required to quote all items; each quoted item will be evaluated and may be awarded separately.

Detailed technical specifications are included within the tender documents. If you are interested in submitting a bid, please contact supply chain department at the following address Aden.tenders@savethechildren.org to express your interest and request the tender documents. Tender documents will be sent to you by return by 2 working days.

Please adhere to the following:

The tender reference must be written in the expression-of-interest email subject as: ITT/FWA-YEM-HO-027. If an untitled email is received, the tender documents will not be shared.

The company must be introduced in the expression-of-interest email, and a valid business registration certificate and tax registration certificate / proof of tax payment issued by IRG authorities must be attached. If these documents are not attached, the tender documents will not be shared.

Completed bids must be submitted through Ariba Network no later than 26 October 2026 at 13:00 Yemen time. Paper submissions will not be accepted. Please follow all submission requirements stated in the ITT.

اتفاقية إطار لمدة سنتين لتوريد وتسليم مواد الإيواء والأطقم المنزلية في اليمن. يجوز لمقدم العطاء التسعير لصنف واحد أو أكثر دون اشتراط التسعير لجميع الأصناف، ويُقيّم كل صنف وقد يُرسى بصورة مستقلة.

تتضمن وثائق المناقصة المواصفات الفنية التفصيلية. إذا كنتم مهتمين بتقديم عرض، يرجى التواصل مع قسم سلسلة الإمداد على العنوان التالي: Aden.tenders@savethechildren.org لإبداء اهتمامكم وطلب وثائق المناقصة. سيتم إرسال وثائق المناقصة إليكم خلال يومي عمل.

يرجى الالتزام بما يلي:

• يجب كتابة مرجع المناقصة في عنوان رسالة إبداء الاهتمام: ITT/FWA-YEM-HO-027. ولن تتم مشاركة وثائق المناقصة عند استلام رسالة بدون عنوان.

• يجب التعريف بالشركة وإرفاق شهادة السجل التجاري السارية وشهادة التسجيل الضريبي / إثبات سداد الضريبة الصادرة من سلطات الحكومة الشرعية. ولن تتم مشاركة وثائق المناقصة دون هذه الوثائق.

• تُقدّم العطاءات المكتملة عبر شبكة أريبا بحد أقصى ٢٦ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٦، الساعة ١٣:٠٠ بتوقيت اليمن. لن تُقبل العطاءات الورقية، ويجب اتباع متطلبات التقديم الواردة في وثيقة المناقصة.
